A 2/3 scale model of the famous Marine Corps War Memorial (AKA Iwo Jima Memorial). This was originally one of the prototypes used by sculptor Felix de Weldon to design the memorial, and it was found on his estate not long after his death by the new owner of the home, who donated it to the city of Fall River MA after funding its refurbishment.
