A few years after my original shoot with Lady Bladie, we developed a sequel in which her high-ranking illicit lover has been killed in the course of the Civil War. My son Connor plays the role of their illegitimate child, as they wait for his casket to return aboard a train. One of Connor's favorite locations, the Amtrak station at Harpers Ferry WV, played the role of the station where the casket would be delivered.
